We also specialize in Mobile and Web Application solutions using Flutter Angular, and Node.js. This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Executive at Touchworld Technology. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to technical support and ensuring smooth operations.Technical Support: Provide support to the other technical members and be mindful and attentive to any possible challengesCustomer Service: Address customer technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintenance: Manage, maintain, and address any up coming the technicians are facing at the time to job execution.Roles and Responsibilities:Issue Diagnosis: Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to quickly understand and address their technical problems. Documentation: Create and maintain records of technical inquiries and customer interactions. Team Coordination: Schedule jobs with technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
