Reporting

• Monthly & Quarterly highlights, business review, results pack and analysis.
• Assisting in preparation of different MIS, presentations, business reviews.
• Assisting in extraction of GL data from SAP and preparation of reports.
• Monthly reporting & analysis of the variance between Standard and Actual costs for Margins.
• Profit & Loss by Segment/ Main Customers.

Monthly/Quarterly Financial Analysis

• Sales & Margins Reporting.
• Margin analysis by Customer/Distributor/Segment/Product.
• Co-ordinate with sales managers for comments and analysis of volume & margins.
• Preparation of dashboards for management.
• Review and updating of standard costs in SAP.

Budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP)

• Assisting in preparation of Annual Budget and LTP.
• Coordinate with Sales/Other departments for the requirements.
• All relevant analysis, Reports and Presentations for final submission.
• Annual sales budget seasonalisation, consolidation and upload in SAP.

Other Objectives

• Approving PRs for entities as per process.
• Assisting in month end closing.
• To develop different analysis & reports as and when required.
• Other Adhoc tasks as and when assigned including replacing of other team members on leave.
• Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & QHSE OBJECTIVES

• Provide reliable information to the Management within the allotted time.
• Develop tools, which will ease/enhance the access to the information for the management.
• Assisting in preparation, presentation and monitoring of annual closing forecast and budget.
• Assisting in other controlling and analysis work.
• Assisting in accounting and monthly reporting functions of the company.
• Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy.

QHSE OBJECTIVES

• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times

Knowledge:

• Strong Accounting experience and awareness of financial KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP or any accounting software
• Understanding of different business processes
• Knowledge of Power BI & other analytical tools.

Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities and willing to take initiative.
• Eye for detail and support the team in meeting the overall objectives.
• Possess good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word etc.)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant finance experience

Education:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance & Accounting
• Additional qualification are an advantage: MBA/ CPA / CA

• The position is NP Level 9/10 (Job evaluation under process)
• N+1 is Controlling & Reporting Manager
• The position is externally open for Candidates based in UAE only
• The position will be on a Local contract
• Timeline to on-board the selected applicant: Q3’22 (August/September)
