Key Duties Responsibilities for Administrative Officer:

• Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government, organizations, authorities
• Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses’ to the company and group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Handle and execute company and owner properties for registration,
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Coordinate with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
• Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
• Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces if needed.
• Managing company trade license renewals for both free zones and the mainland.
• Understand the Trakhees JAFZA Portal and its processes.
• Can work with government portals for office-related tasks
• To submit and oversee the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to local government sector, such as visit visas, employment or residence visas, trade licenses, labor permits, export licenses, economic licenses, foreign licenses, and so on.
• Can handle fleet registration, renewals, and permits for Dubai and the other Emirates.
• Can update and provide various trade license training.
• Keeping track of employee records and files.
• Have knowledge of facility management
• Can carry out any task assigned by the Manager.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as an office administrator or PRO role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Preferably Male Candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
