CONVEYANCING OFFICE ADMIN- SALES PROGRESSION –
Location: Dubai
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Sales Progression / Conveyancing Office Admin to join a highly successful company in Dubai. The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in real estate progression process and, critically, experience within a conveyancing company.
You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organized, able to prioritize workload and work to deadlines. You will need to be confident working within a busy team as well as working on your own.
The skills required for this role:
Excellent English
Previous experience in a similar role is a must
Obtain NOC, Know FOL, Mortgage process fully confident
Progressi experience for min 1 Year
Know the Legislation and Procedures for properties transfer – cash or finance.
Have up to date the fees and requirements of DLD and Trustee Office for off-plan and secondary market property transfer
High level of customer service
Superb telephone manner
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
