About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled TMS Supervisor to join our team at eFinancialCarears. As a TMS Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective support and maintenance of POS software and hardware, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery to our merchants in Bahrain and UAE.Key Responsibilities• Provide exceptional service to our merchants, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to our TMS & Field Support Procedure Manual.• Manage inventory, TMS systems, and key injection processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Work closely with the POS Team Leader and Head of Operations to execute tasks and maintain open communication channels.Requirements• A university degree in IT, CIS, or related fields, with a strong foundation in technical support and database development.• 4+ years of experience in technical support, database development, and/or merchant acquiring.• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and a basic understanding of card processing, merchant acquiring, and Fintech products.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
