.Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.

·Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) daily that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.

·Coordinates social media messaging with Head of Marketing, quarterly or seasonal company goals.

·Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

·Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules such as lifestyle photoshoots, instore shoots, shop photoshoots, and staff generated images.

·Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.

·Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.

·Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SproutSocial, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.

·Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.

·Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

·Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

· Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

·Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

·Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.

·Executing events in the branches as planned by Head of Marketing and supplier by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements from head office to shop level.

·Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Social Media Specialist: 5 years (Preferred)
• UAE: 3 years (Preferred)
