We are hiring for our client – UAE Jobs Hub.We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Dubai. Ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained and recorded.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures. Verify that all items are correct and in good condition before dispatch.Stock Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Ensure that items are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries. Ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are documented and processed efficiently.Data Entry: Record inventory transactions and updates in the warehouse management system (WMS). Generate reports as needed to track inventory levels and order status.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Report any hazards or safety concerns to management promptly.Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment as required.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in logistics or warehousing is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.Skills:Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS or inventory management systems.Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [specify weight, e.g., 25 kg]) safely.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
