Time Express Hiring for Commercial Director Job at Dubai Full Time

Due to phenomenal growth in 2022 and further projected growth in 2023 and beyond we are seeking to hire a Commercial Director Freight to join our busy and thriving team in Dubai.

The company is a highly successful and doubling sales year on year in the logistics industry having started from humble beginnings and now grown to multi million dollar company. We project a further 20-50% growth in the next year with no signs of slowing down.

The job will consist of but is not limited to:

• Customers Acquisition – gaining and hunting new clients
• Customers Management – maintaining relationships with prospects pipeline
• Negotiations – value proposition selling focused on logistics solutions
• Profit generation – obtaining superior margins

To be considered for this job you should have:

• Experience in the freight or courier industry
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills especially with pricing numbers and quotes
• Excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team
• A can do, positive attitude along with an excellent attention to detail and good organisation skills
• Previous experience in similar position (8-10 years) and preferably in a similar industry (courier, air freight, sea freight, logistics)
