About the role:
Build, test and execute campaigns in the CRM tool, managing the end-to-end process, including data and segmentations.
Ability to work with Project leads and developers to ensure a seamless UI/UX for the App.
Technical knowledge of POS integration and workflows.
Experience with A/B testing and analytics. Development of RFM and LTV models. Work closely with IT department to manage and structure the data.
Developing, implementing and managing end-to-end campaign roadmap for customer Lifecycle journey.
Execute lifecycle marketing retention strategy to drive repeat sales, build loyalty, increase lifetime value and reduce churn by engaging customers with the most targeted, relevant, and helpful content at each stage of the customer lifecycle
High level of technological literacy, with an acumen for quickly learning new technologies.
Regular analysis on reports & efficacy of all the campaigns and continuous optimization for better business ROI.
Devise campaign calendar including promotional message copy, emailer creative & business objective for cross-functional teams / departments for operations.
Experience knowledge across CRM and Ecommerce platform. Google Analytics experience is preferred
The following are essentials for the role:
5 Years or more experience in the same field
Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Information Technology or related
Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Excellent time management skills.
Must possess strong analytical skills with project management and planning skills.
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
Highly proficient in MS Office
