We are now looking at scaling our efforts and looking for a Regional Content Strategy & Operations Lead for TikTok METAP to promote one of our most popular apps in the world – TikTok!
Job Description:
- Adapt and deploy global content strategies to regional/local markets to keep global consistency, promote global key programs/projects on content and partnership
- Assist regional operations & marketing head to set regional content and partnerships related OKRs, metrics and success measures
- Work to further develop regional content and partnership-aligned strategies and solutions
- Draw regional content insights and share best practices/playbook to support local teams’ growth for each vertical
- Lead teams to manage regional creator portfolio.
- Support team and community development
- Showcase a good understanding of the TikTok product and similar short video platforms in the Middle East, Africa, North Africa, and Turkey.
- Experience in strategic planning in content-related business
- Showcase a deep regional understanding and have at least 8+ years of experience within; content development, content programming, and product marketing, product development
- Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership
- Drive the focus, priorities, rationale, and internal communications for all global content solutions initiatives
- This role is for TikTok METAP and can be based in Dubai or South Africa
