The Program Manager of TikTok User Growth team is uniquely positioned to work for a fast growing company with a focus on acquiring new users, driving outreach programs and executing retention strategy backed by good knowledge of Content ecosystem and experience in creative strategies.

We are looking for a program manager with a growth led mindset who will be responsible for generating, managing and executing programs to drive growth and retention while having a strong creative and data understanding. We are looking for an innovative and strategic thinker that can fuel growth through unconventional and cost effective mediums.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the TikTok UG team to drive user growth and creative strategy
• Define and execute programs to drive growth, engagement, retention.
• Understand business goals and targets, and develop and manage a clear program roadmap to meet those goals and targets
• Work on innovative plans to drive organic growth, engagement and retention
• Develop and maintain relationships with different regions and XFN team members
• Able to manage multiple complex projects and manage priorities
• Project manage and report on results of program execution and continuously improve strategy and approach
• Be able to understand processes & requirements. Set optimized SOP for smooth functioning of the business
• Able to work on data and insights to derive strategies and track progress of different programs
• Use content and creative to drive user growth and engagement

We are looking for

• 3+ Years of relevant experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine growth and improvement
• Must have great communication skills and a drive to learn and grow. Collaborative in nature and always seeking to learn.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and implement program strategy
• Professional experience in product management, program management, and/or user growth
• Ability to work with senior leaders and successfully influence and implement key projects
• Experience in Content ecosystem and using different creative strategy to drive growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of data and insights
