The Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team’s mission is to lead the change & be the driving force to turn product to market success. We do this by focusing on helping build great products, driving GTM strategy for our ever-evolving ads product and automating our processes for driving customer success and internal workflows. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to assist the Product Strategy & Operations team in METAP and Eastern Europe. Focussing on ads interface and the Platform and Marketing API business, you will focus on product solutions by being a strategic partner to Product Management and develop an in-depth understanding of the market, identify opportunities, influence our advertising solution strategy and driving go-to-market to bring these solutions to life. You will also partner with other cross-functional teams to identify gap and establish strategic direction for the future of our ads interface.
You will be comfortable operating with a fast-paced, start-up mindset in an international and multicultural environment.
As part of this role, you will:
1. Be responsible for the Platform and Marketing API business regionally, owning the product marketing, and go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for our Marketing API
2. Steer Product Platform development and roadmap to incorporate regional need
3. Identify the market opportunity and define success for the Marketing API, including helping to build the roadmap and identifying key performance metrics
4. Construct the API’s positioning and messaging, including outlining clear value propositions and differentiation
5. Develop product feedback processes, conduct market research, and developer interviews
6. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop client-facing marketing materials and playbooks
7. Perform data analysis and potential API developer’s usage, including identifying best practices and possible areas of opportunity
8. Work with xfn team to present advertisers/ partners on platform needs and API strategy
9. Craft external-facing collateral and communications
10. Define go-to-market strategy and oversee execution and operation against the strategy; design and lead alpha/beta testings to capture early-stage insights for product innovation and fine-tuning
11. Foster cross-functional relationship and collaboration to form product strategy, vision, and roadmap backed by market insights
12. Support outbound efforts and sales activities to drive product adoption by feeding tactics such as sales enablement, automatic notifications, comm material production, webinars, etc.
