Team introduction

We are looking for Partner Operations Specialist to join our Partnerships Team based in Singapore. Tiktok Marketing Partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of Tiktok’s paid media offering by working with 3rd party developers to build products that make marketing on Tiktok easy and effective.

Responsibilities

• Handling of Operation matters to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Maintenance of internal wiki system, knowledge drives etc.
• Operation and Admininstrative functions
• Processing of contracts and payments, putting up Purchase requests in internal systems
• Working with internal and external parties to resolve issues
• Assistance to the team on their operation needs
• Providing timely reports when required
• Helping with contracts drafting
• Support in team offsites and marketing events
• Ad-hoc projects when assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing your Bachelor’s degree or obtained a degree in Information Systems, Operations, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Possess great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must have any one or more of these experiences: contracting/ operational/ billing/ procurement
• Personable, collaborative and capable of building relationships cross functionally
• Can do attitude, flexible to changes and wililng to take up challenges out of the jobscope in fast moving environment
