About the team:
We have an amazing team in Dubai. All team members focus on diverse categories, content, and creators and always support each other. We all have fun at work and love what we do. More specifically, our Lifestyle & Education team is obsessed with digging out trends, studying local users’ behaviour, analyzing content & users’ characters, enriching content diversity and improving content quality in the lifestyle and education vertical. They also focus on growing the content ecosystem within TikTok via working with partners, creators and influencers.

Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of PGC accounts for the Lifestyle vertical in the Middle East.
• Establish strategic content partnerships and build the right brand awareness and positioning according to the product strategy in order to drive content growth.
• Capture the content trend within General Popular Categories (e.g Fashion, Beauty, Vlog, Travel), and lead the topic directions in the short-video format.
• Responsible for tasks such as partnership operations and activations, relationship maintenance, and educational material preparation.
• Responsible for monitoring and improving the operational performance of content partners.
• Work with various cross-functional teams to plan local vertical campaigns and push forward for execution.
• 3+ years of experience in the content industry in the Middle East.
• Existing relationships with both a network of top publishers and content partners in the MENA region.
• In-depth knowledge about the Lifestyle & Education vertical and content ecosystem in the MENA region.
• Strong account management & time management skills.
• Ability to oversee the whole partner acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership).
• Demonstrated expertise in executing strategies and plans according to management planning.
• Excellent communication skills; good at negotiation, presentation and problem-solving.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
