About the Team:
Our team is focused on supporting the content ecosystem with research efforts, overall video content, quality as well as diversity operations.

Job Description:

• Responsible for in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth
• Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement from the perspective of the content operation based on the global and regional strategies.
• Work with T&S and other functions to help inform/jointly develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks in the content community
• Monitor in-app short video content, position content style problems and cooperate with Algo, PM and T&S to collaborate on solutions
• Observe local/international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities.
• Bachelor degree
• Familiar with local internet market and local culture and trends
• Safety-related work experience and operational data analysis capabilities.
• Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
