Corporate Services Associate– Russian speaking

18,000 – 23,000 AED per month
Must have UAE experience and living in the UAE – candidates without this will not be considered

Our client is looking for a Corporate Services Associate to join a growing company in Dubai. You will be responsible for assisting with company formation and working closely with the Managing Director. It is essential you are familiar with UAE laws.

• Company formation in UAE and worldwide
• Maintaining, control, preparation and execution of corporate documents of companies
• Handling portfolio of clients & project management
• Cooperation and liaising with UAE and foreign banks: bank accounts opening, sub-mission of documents and clarifications upon bank request, execution of bank payments
• Liaising with legal teams in various jurisdictions and coordinating their work subject to each project’s requirements
• Assisting legal department in preparation of the relevant legal documentation for the clients. Ensuring that all changes in the commercial terms of agreements are properly and timely reflected
• Being responsible for maintaining accurate KYC/ AML due diligence records on new and existing counterparts
• Visiting, liaising, communication with local and foreign counterparties, corporate administrators, auditors, lawyers etc
• Control over circulation of documents, maintaining office systems and data management
• Administrative tasks: preparation, review, filing of contracts, invoices, letters and other documents
• Other supporting secretarial duties – printing, scanning, documents dispatch and other
• Performing other duties upon the request of management

Requirements:

• Academic qualifications ( bachelor degree)
• Relevant professional experience at least for 3-5 years in UAE
• Knowledge of Russian language is essential
• Excellent fluency, reading & writing in English
• Practical experience in dealing with corporate documents of UAE and foreign companies
• Understanding of accounting transactions and willingness to develop accounting skills
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point )
• Good analytical skills
• Must be residing in the UAE
