Our client is looking for a Travel Manager to have sole control for travel. They are seeking someone with 8+ years’ experience in managing aircrafts in private aviation. You must have experience with VIP/UHNWI cliental to plan charters. It is essential you have aviation experience for priviate / charter flights and have contacts in the Middle East region.
Duties Include:
- Manages and supervises all travel – delivering cost-effective travel solutions
- Running the private jets supervising charters with aircraft company
- Liaising with third party company for aircraft employees
- Managing smooth operation for travel activities
- Overseeing flight schedules, meets & greets for arrivals and departures
- Oversee aircraft maintenance
- Coordinate and forecast budgets for aircraft operations
- Update vendor CRM
- Arranges hotel reservations, commercial flights and ground transport
- Creates travel itineraries offering 5* service at all times
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
- Qualifications in Aviation
- 8+ years’ experience working in aviation / managing aircrafts
- Knowledge of GDS
- Previous experience working for UHNWI/ VIPs
