The Role
To facilitate the smooth running of search assignments which includes extensive diary management, client relationship management, and creation of high-quality documents.
The Details
✓ Maintaining excellent relationships with firm members, clients to achieve the highest levels of customer service
✓ Complex diary management and project manage the logistics of the search process: Coordinating extensive interview and meeting schedules, itineraries, and travel arrangements involving clients, and consultants
✓ Working extensively with our bespoke database which includes updating client information, recording notes from meetings/calls and generating reports – this is to ensure up to date information on all assignments
✓ Given the nature of our work, you will be expected to work with and respect highly confidential information
✓ Ensuring all documentation is grammatically accurate and in line with the companies templates: PowerPoint presentations/packs for potential client pitches, letters, etc
✓ Submit accurate and complete Expense Reports on a timely basis and in compliance with Company expense policy, and client billing management
✓ Typing, call filtering, note-taking, inbox management (Microsoft Outlook) and general post
✓ General support to the team as and when required
Work as a team with the other PCs/EAs, supporting each other to ensure that all work is done, inclusive of covering each other’s phones and diaries.

Technical Skills/Competencies
Must have at least 8 years experience supporting C-level
Salary AED 30,000 – 35,000
