Our client is looking for a Practice Manager to join their growing law firm based in beautiful offices in DIFC. They are seeking a Practice Manager to be the go-to person in the office you will play a crucial part in the firms growth and streamlining polices.
Duties Include:
- Providing extensive administrative support
- Attend board meetings taking minutes
- Contact for premises, property leases, visa applications etc
- Manage office recruitment and onboarding
- Manage client funds
- Monitor VAT returns
- Contact for all suppliers
- Manage support staff conducing appraisals and reviews
- Streamline policies and strategy plans
- Manage office budgets
YOU ARE
To be successful in this role it is desirable you have experience working in the legal sector. You must be professional, strong communicator and able to juggle a busy workload.

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

Requirements
- 5+ years working as an Operations or Practice Manager
- Experience working in a Legal environment
