Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their beautiful offices based in Dubai. A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Office Manager to join a growing company. This is a newly created role which will be a 360 so it is essential you have solid experience in the UAE within financial services.
Duties Include:
- Manage and take ownership of the office
- Implementing polices and procedures in line with the international offices
- Manage office supplies/ stock
- Point of contact for vendors
- Liaising with building maintenance and providers
- Overseeing/ negotiating contracts for cleaning/ maintenance etc
- Facility management overseeing health and safety standards are met
- Managing office budgets and overseeing projects/ refurbishments
- Meet and greet stakeholders
- Onboard new starters working closely with the London team
- General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE
To be successful in this Office Management role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and it is essential you have Office Management experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE having strong knowledge of the market and being able to build the UAE office from scratch.

Requirements
- 5-8+ years working as an Office Manager
- Experience working in a finance or professional services – international presence
- This will be office based 5 days per week
- Must be residing in Dubai
