Tiger Recruitment Hiring for Legal Assistant – Dubai Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a competent, motivated and discreet candidate for a permanent position in a family office in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Communicating with Freezone authorities in respect of operational and compliance matters;

• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;

• Drafting contracts and letters;

• Reviewing and amending legal documents;

• Coordinating with external legal advisors and the group’s legal team;

• Carrying out desktop research;

• Preparing PowerPoint presentations;

• Providing any other assistance to the management of the group as and when needed.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:

• Degree in Law;

• Basic commercial awareness;

• Mature and responsible;

• Able and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks;

• Attentive to details;

• Proactive and efficient;

• Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team;

• Professional, discreet and trustworthy;

• Dedicated and highly organised;

• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks;

• Fluent in written and spoken business English;

• IT literate with a strong command of Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint;

• Capable to provide exceptionally high-quality deliverables;

• Possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary AED 17- 20,000 AED
