Finance Assistant – DIFC

Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join a growing firm based in DIFC. You will be working very closely with the Financial Controller assisting where needed.
Duties Include:
- Basic bookkeeping
- Processing payments
- Assisting with Accounts Payable / Receivables
- Assisting with PRO duties such as visa renewals, medical claims, licence renewals etc
- Raising invoices
- Actioning emails to clients
- Access to Bank Accounts to check payments received
- Collating reports
- General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE
To be successful in this Finance Assistant role you must have finance or accounting experience.
SKILLS
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Analytical
- Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be discreet with confidential information
- Personable, loyal, professional
Requirements
- Experience working as a Junior Accountant or Finance Officer or Finance Assistant
- 2-3 years’ experience in the UAE
