THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
As an Office Coordinator for the Middle East, you will support the teams in the Middle East in the office management: regional accounting support, legal and HR support to be in line with local regulations (UAE, Qatar, KSA) & company policies.
- You take in charge several administrative processes and tasks and ensure the smooth running of the Office
- You manage all relationships with respective government bodies: Employee Visa maintenance (quotas, exits, insurances)
- You are the key point of contact with our company PROs and you support the HR team in creating contracts and liaising with our local payroll providers
- You will support the HR team in creating contracts and support with the payroll
- You support our managers and Central HR teams with the onboarding of new hires in Middle-East (phone, computer, liaison with the managers to make sure everything is ok…)
- In coordination with the Regional/Central People team, you provide support in communication with the employees on HR related topics
- You are the key point of contact with local Accountant/VAT consultant
- You provide support with VAT and Accounting compliance for regional offices
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have at least 4-5 years experience in office coordination roles, in UAE handling multiple legal entities in Mainland and Freezones
- You have experience handling PO processes
- You have basic accounting knowledge
- You feel comfortable working with tools such Excel, PowerPoint, Word
