Jobs and responsibilities
Managing the full cycle of recruitment for the Group and ensuring that all processes and parameters within the hiring space are well defined/complied with completely.
Reviewing existing JDs, formulating and designing new ones, and getting them approved by the HOD – HR.
Analyzing existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods of finding good, potential candidates.
Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual) to evaluate cost-effective methods of Talent Acquisition.
Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related software to track and update candidate status and details.
Work closely with the hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process after approval from the HOD – HR Track recruitment KPIs – i.e. turnaround time, quality of talent, methodology of sourcing, and volumes of vacancies.
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they come on board.
Source candidates on job boards/portals, social media, resume databases, other professional networks, and through referrals.
Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards and circulating them via other channels like social media etc.
Interview candidates via various mediums i.e. phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings).
Must always have the recruitment tracker updated regularly and maintain the candidates’ database, and talent pool, for various positions, based on any current or future business requirements.
Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms).
Organize hiring events, and open days, and participate to meet potential candidates.
Pre-requisites for the Role :
Must be graduate, BBA / MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4-5 years of recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
Experience in handling senior white-collar roles would be preferred.
Should have excellent verbal and written skills.
Should have good negotiation skills and eye for detail.
Should be flexible, adaptable, and must be able to work under pressure.
