Thomson Reuters Hiring for Business Development Manager, Risk & TRSSI, MENA Job at Dubai Full Time

• As a Business Development Manager, Risk & TRSSI you will be responsible for securing new sales of our Risk, Fraud & Compliance solutions as well as TR Special Services International across the MENA-region. Working as part of a team, you will be in charge of the end-to-end sales process management, from prospecting to negotiation and close.

  
  About the Role

• Drive new business to hit sales targets throughout the year.
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales function and the TRSSI-team to target and develop sales territories and opportunities in order to attain assigned sales objectives
• Assist in scoping and managing the delivery of proof-or-concept work, in partnership with analysis and technology leads, to prospective clients
• Support conducting product and solutions demonstrations for both technical and decision-making audiences
• Respond quickly to new leads and working with urgency to progress deals through the sales cycle.
• Understand customer requirements / needs and find the best solution within Thomson Reuters Services capability to develop a suitable and strong proposal which can create difference from competitors.
• Effectively plan, coordinate and control your territory.
• Keep up to date with news and changes in policy, regulations and activities of major players in the industry to have sufficient domain knowledge to lead discussion with customers and present expertise in public.
• Use CRM system to maintain customer and opportunity data with discipline to enhance customer insight and ensure accurate forecasting.

  About You

  You will be successful in this role if you

• Have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and the ability to prospect, develop and close strategic relationships and customer opportunities to achieve sales.
• Have the ability to engage with C-level decision makers.
• Are highly-motivated to work with internal and external customers and stakeholders to meet client needs and expand their relationship with TRSSI
• Get excited about speaking to new people, presenting complex ideas, and have excellent writing skills
• Enjoy working in a role where each client engagement is different and often requires a new solution or a significant re-think of existing processes
• Have a passion for working with an international team with varied backgrounds
• Are a team-player with a strong organisation skills and can manage tasks across multiple workgroups, while logging and monitoring information in systems like Salesforce.com
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years in sales, sales engineering, intelligence analysis, or other related discipline either commercially or within government.
• Fluent in English and Arabic preferred
