The Role:

ThinkMarkets is seeking a Partnership Support Executive to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership Operations, will be responsible for providing frontline support and resolutions to our global partners – from Affiliates to Introducing Brokers. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the internal commercial teams to assist them in achieving their goals. Setting high standards, the level and quality of support provided sets the ThinkMarkets brand apart from competitors. The ideal candidate will have a service-centric mindset, be process-driven, with strong operational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer partner inquiries regarding commissions, system performance, Money Manager accounts, Partner Portal, as well as any other general support related questions with the agreed SLAs
• Set-up new partner accounts
• Calculate and audit rebates for partners
• Ensure partner commissions are paid out accurately and promptly
• Support the commercial teams, including working closely with Sales, Development, Risk and Compliance teams on projects
• Set-up new commission profiles accurately within agreed SLAs
• Work closely with team members to share information and knowledge to ensure an excellent level of service for partners across all channels
• Be a product expert on all the Partner Portal, partnership offering, Salesforce and MT4/MT5
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to clients and management
• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set by management
• Monitoring of partner activities
• Ensure cohesion with the global Partnership, Support and Operations teams
• Provide ongoing feedback to management and contribute to Group initiatives
• Adhere to policies, guidelines, procedures, and training plans
• Manage escalations to senior managers as appropriate

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ partnership support experience within the financial or FinTech sector
• Degree qualified
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, ZenDesk, MT4 and MT5, along with affiliate management software such as Etrass or CellXpert is an advantage
• A high-level attention to detail is required
• You must be highly reliable and self-motivated
