The Role
ThinkMarkets is seeking a diligent, detail-orientated and personable Administrator to join its’ HR team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the successful candidate will support the HR department with all related operational processes including, but not limited to, recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, data maintenance and performance management. The ideal candidate for this role is extremely efficient, inspired by execution excellence, highly professional at all times and demonstrates outstanding attention to detail. This role will require you to be a collaborative team player who possess a can-do positive and helpful attitude. The HR Administrator will work across HR undertaking tasks on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis. You will be adaptable and able to cope with change and short-notice requests with high urgency. This is a rewarding role for the right individual, and an opportunity to learn and to observe how impactful a small but dynamic HR function can be within an established global financial services firm.
