ThinkMarkets is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our rapidly growing recruiting team in Dubai. The focus of the role is on in identifying and proactively reaching new talent, screening and qualifying applicants and prospective candidates to ensure that we acquire a high-caliber and well qualified talent. In this role, you will work closely with our global HR and Recruitment teams, supporting our key business units with their resourcing needs. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will utilize your robust experience and knowledge of data driven recruitment, to effectively source and engage with the world-class talent through online postings, referrals, proactive outreach etc. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the Financial Services space. They will be detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and stay abreast of new recruitment trends. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to understand our internal hiring needs and goals.
• Coordinate, support and manage a full cycle recruiting process (including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks.) for candidates and roles across several departments and regions, always ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on the relevant online channels as well as our internal recruitment platforms.
• Identify the profiles of candidates we would like to reach for our open roles and proactively scan the external talent landscape and headhunt passive candidates, matching those data points.
• Proactively research and identify recruiting trends in order to develop creative and competitive sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews using various data-driven recruiting and selection tools/methods to effectively filter the candidates and create applicant shortlists.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and regularly report on hiring outcomes and recruitment metrics.
• Work with third party professional recruiting firms to source candidates for roles that are challenging to fill or at an executive level.
• Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events, including industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
• Demonstrate an agile mindset in order to pivot and support other areas when needed.

Requirements:

• Sound academic record, evidenced by a Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• 3+ years of proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting (preferably both as an in-house recruiter and a staffing agency recruiter).
• Experience of working within the Financial Services industry will be considered highly advantageous.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with various recruitment & selection processes (screening, headhunting, shortlisting, phone interviewing, competency testing, reference checks etc).
• An expert user of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS such as Greenhouse and/or Taleo, SAP HXM Suite and/or BambooHR.
• Consistent track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary talent across all seniority levels (associate, middle-management, executive).
• Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize between multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Must be strong detail oriented.
