If you think you are ready to join a thrilling and dynamic work environment, we would be delighted to receive your application.Responsibilities:Design marketing plans tailored for the UAE market, utilizing a variety of channels and outlets such as Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Offline MarketingContribute as a valued member of the UAE management team, working towards achieving performance objectives such as acquisitions and number of orders, as well as brand objectives like awareness, affinity, and preferenceIdentify new marketing opportunities and enhance existing activities based on market needs and insights into customer behaviorMake data-driven decisions to select the appropriate channel mix strategy and target audience to accomplish campaign objectivesTake ownership of in-country marketing initiatives and processes, acting as a project manager to ensure timely delivery from all functional teamsMaximize return on investment (ROI) through effective budget management and allocationCreate performance review presentations to proactively monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and budget management to the General ManagerCollaborate with the local sales team to develop marketing proposals for partnersLead, mentor, and coach a team of marketing team membersRequirementsWe want to hear from you if: You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, some of which was within an e-commerce industry (that would be amazing)You have previous experience in a leadership position where you managed othersYou possess an analytical mindset that makes data-driven decisions. You have experience in project and stakeholder managementYou thrive in challenging and fast-paced environmentsYour prioritization and communication skills are top notch. You are a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownershipYou have experience in the localized UAE market (this is a must)Are fluent in both Arabic and English.
