Job Description
SECRETARY
The Smile group consultancy need a Secretary who have to help to keep an organization tasks and functions.
Responsibilities
•Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
•Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
•Typing, preparing and collating reports.
•Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
•Managing databases.
•Prioritizing workloads
Requirements
•1+ years of experience as a tele caller or any similar role.
•Knowledge of computer programs and Proficiency in MS Office.
•Efficient with English.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Having done B. will be an advantage.
•Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
•High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: 2000 per month
