We are looking for a full time patient relationship Manager Arabic speaking with healthcare background.

Job responsibilities;

– Manages the day-to-day operations of the department that oversees the medical center complaints management process and patient experience program.

-She represents the hospital in specific matters pertaining to patient/customer care and reports directly to the management.

Salary: AED 7000-8000
