We are looking for a Patient care coordinator with management and administrative experience in setting goals, managing time schedules, and maintaining consistent workload programs for healthcare workers who provide patient care.

Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete and accurate patient registration, which includes recording a patient’s insurance.
• Apply knowledge of funding resources, services and clinical standards to everyday tasks.
• Discuss and consult health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients and family members.
• Contact insurance companies to ensure approval requirements are met.
• Provide medical information to financial services for maximum health facility and patient reimbursements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect.

Patient Care Coordinator Requirements:

• Undergraduate diploma or degree in nursing, administration
• At least 3 years’ experience as a patient care coordinator.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A professional appearance.
• A compassionate and caring persona.
