Finance Director – Real Estate Development
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and board of directors.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in the UAE Real-Estate industry out of which minimum 7 years should be in a lead capacity
• Experience in Feasibility Studies, Business Planning, Financial Modelling and Valuation is preferred.
• Strong Experience in Financial Control, Planning, Budgeting, Analysis & Real-estate Development is must.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
