Knowledge Management Strategy and Framework

• Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy to support the preparation and implementation of knowledge management programs
• Provide expertise in GCAA’s established policies and processes and recommend enhancements with the aim of enhancing the overall knowledge management framework across GCAA.
• Conduct benchmarking against leading knowledge management practices and metrics

Knowledge Management Culture

• Facilitate experience sharing with GCAA experts and externally, and spread the knowledge sharing culture.
• Build awareness across the organization on the value of knowledge management and the sound implementation of KM practices

Knowledge Management Initiatives

• Lead assigned knowledge management activities which are managed by Corporate Development Department
• In coordination with the concerned BUs, facilitate the implementation of GCAA knowledge management initiatives and projects
• Report on the status of GCAA KM practices to responsible federal entities when requested
• Measure the Maturity level of the knowledge management and prepare a report of GCAA status with recommendations to enhance the knowledge management programs and activities
• Ensure the implementation of organization wide KM tools including but not limited to Enterprise Content Management, Lessons Learnt, Expert Locator, Committees, advanced search, etc.

Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards

Other Tasks/ Accountability

• Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
