Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in MEP or related field.
• Proven MEP project management and maintenance experience, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system knowledge.
• Proficiency in report writing and technical documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, CEM) a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge advantageous.
• UAE driving license preferred.
