Job Description:
- Manage all internal business card requests
- Manage translation requests with internal stakeholders and vendors
- End-to-end management to ensure Marketing payments are made in a timely manner
- Manage onboarding vendors to TFG’s vendor list
- Manage contracts/contract renewals
- Voucher management and complimentary forms for TFG’s Hotel Management Company
- Project management and coordination to ensure Marketing requests are delivered on time
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Degree in business management (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong propensity to learning new concepts
