Job Description:

  • Responsible for maintaining the company’s Human Capital Management System
  • Supervising daily activities and transactions in the HCM System
  • Processing Employee Data and generating meaningful reports to help the management make decisions
  • Maintaining Data Integrity by regularly analysing data and escalating any gaps
  • Participating in Salary Surveys, establishing compa-ratios for all positions
  • Participate in Organisation Design by proposing and maintaining team formations, shift patterns, lines of reporting, approval chains, communication channels
  • Be assigned to company-wide Human Resources project
  • Launch regular employee engagement surveys and present meaningful data to all stakeholders
  • Maintain employee engagement tool and provide regular updates
  • Maintaining employee contracts and following up on contract renewal
  • Provide HCM support to HR Business Partners and all employees as necessary

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an HRIS position in an organisation of over 3,000 employees
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Practical experience with HR database administration
  • Indepth knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management System
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
