Job Purpose: Produce/review and publish content applicable to cabin crew in training and/or operating on line. Ensure new and amended information is clearly, correctly and concisely communicated to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Job Outline: – Accountable for the daily review of KIS reports related to Standards & Procedures (S&P) and where applicable, ensures responses are provided to the writer. Monitors and analyses trends in the relevant area and escalates to the S&P Manager for escalation. – Responsible for the timely drafting and updating of Passenger Announcements in English and Arabic through liaison with Corporate Communication and the use of the operating plan. Manages the `3rd Language’ PAs by liaising with Commercial, Corporate Communications and Cabin Crew speakers to create/update the language as required. Maintains the Language Matrix and shares with relevant stakeholders. – Accountable for reviewing and publishing articles, flight instructions, memos, Proof of Concepts (POC), Service Feedback Forms (SFFs), FAQs and produces and publishes ground to purser messages for cabin crew. Sends the weekly summary list of flight instruction to the agreed distribution list. Maintains the regulatory statement in the service sequence notes after receiving updates from the Airport Services Manager. Liaises with stakeholders for the religious festivities of Hajj and Ramadan operations. – Create and amend the Crew Rest Matrix, share with stakeholders and update all crew rest strategies, when changes occur. Ensure the strategies are uploaded onto the destination pages on the relevant crew communication platforms. Present the weekly cabin crew on board rest webinar, to cabin crew. Reviews all cabin crew fatigue reports (in Coruson system) on a daily basis and responds to the raiser of the report, when required. Analyses the trends and prepares the monthly summary report for the Standards & Procedures Manager, Cabin Safety Manager and Manager Crew Services. Attends and represents the Standards & Procedures team at the Fatigue SAGs meeting and presents the monthly summary report. – Responsible for Group travel requests (e.g. On board announcements, company logos on the premium cabin menus and/or headrest covers) and informing cabin crew on the relevant flights. Liaise with the Procurement and Logistics team (for price details) and the local printer for orders and deliveries. – Liaison in Information Technology (I.T) for all Standards & Procedures team enhancements and shortfalls. Produce and update data analytics and dashboards for the tasks they are responsible for. – Manage the Standards & Procedures Officer and Administration team in their day to day accountabilities as well as complete MyBC interim and annual reviews and development plans.

Qualifications & Experience: In-Flight Service.In-flight Administration : 5+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Knowledge/skills: – Customer Service experience in an international airline. – Working knowledge of Cabin Crew procedures for both Safety and Service is essential. – Understands and can apply the principles of project management.
