Job Purpose: Job Outline: Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations Key departmental orders into the inventory management system Provide detailed reports on departmental charges Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials Responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts and equipment on hand Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued Preserve records and prepare related reports. Receive and release of inventory, performs packing / unpacking and storing of incoming and outgoing stock. Manage inventory with appropriate method to ensure that stocks are cleared in the right manner. Maintain stock level for each item and prepare spare / stand-by stock, especially for the “fast-moving” stocks Perform monthly stock-take and resolve discrepancies with system record (if any). Picking and packing Loading and unloading of good and materials Stock check and count The ordering and upkeep of the stationery that is used by the entire building. Includes placing weekly order also first point of call for ordering the consumables.

Qualifications & Experience: Procurement.Non-aircraft : 3+ Years 12 Years schooling or equivalent : Experience in a customer service, preferably in an inventory / distribution centre environment. Knowledge/skills: – Exposure to current trends in inventory management through course attendance – Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills to manage all type of customers. – Three years exposure to automated inventory systems, preferably in ORACLE ERP. Other languages besides English: – English – Arabic
