Job Purpose: Deliver medical training services adhering to product, regulatory and quality specifications. Contribute to the accomplishment of Group Medical Training (GMT) objectives by delivering business requirements associated with GMT programs. Job Outline: – Deliver highly engaging and effective medical training services, using conventional and innovative approaches, delivering content and utilising adult learning methods in order to attain training objectives. – Complete all associated training tasks, ensuring such tasks are delivered on time, in adherence with quality standards and meet customer expectations. This includes maintaining equipment and resources, and accurately completing required documentation. – Actively gauge learners during sessions, adapting approach when necessary to improve engagement and effectiveness. Seek and review learner feedback, and provide recommendations to achieve favourable outcomes. – Conduct inspections following defined quality framework. Accurately complete and submit reports in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to continuously improve products and services, and provide actionable recommendations. – Develop medical training products and services in collaboration with project leader(s) and members to ensure specifications are met. Explore and implement emerging methods and technology, in consideration of customer and business needs, best practice and desired training outcomes. – Complete project deliverables related to GMT programs ? Regulations and Compliance, and Quality and Development, and ad hoc requirements delegated by the line manager. Adhere to timelines and provide timely updates to the project leader(s) or line manager. – Support the ongoing development of trainers through observation and feedback. Role model competencies and desirable attributes, and effectively engage with peers. – Take ownership of agreed performance goals, competencies and development plans. Self-assess productivity to ensure contribution towards achievement of departmental KPIs and objectives. Apply skills needed to achieve individual goals based on agreed development plans.

Qualifications & Experience: Medical/Safety.Other Medical : 5+ Years 12 Years schooling or equivalent : Experience in Medical/Allied Health/Paramedic Preferred graduate or certificate and/or experience as an instructor or trainer Recent practical experience as an instructor or trainer Experience as a basic life support (BLS) and first aid instructor 1+ year Experience in instructional design 1+ year Knowledge/skills: Thorough knowledge of BLS, first aid and aeromedical concepts Adult learning, instructional design, digital content creation and evaluation skills Organisation and attention to detail Quality improvement and auditing Stakeholder management and conflict resolution Performance management, coaching and mentoring Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation and time management skills. Awareness of international best practice and current trends in Learning and Development and Adult Education Leadership Role : NO
