Our Start-Up Hub Programs Intelak is an accelerator program that gives early and late stage start-ups access to programmes, mentorship from leading organisations and a community of like-minded individuals to launch, grow and scale their start-up. Aviation X Lab is a bold and ambitious aviation-specific incubator that brings together five global aviation giants: Emirates Airline, Thales, Collins Aerospace, GE Aviation and Airbus. What You’ll Do – Manage Intelak and Aviation X Lab’s concept and offerings, together with the business, technology team and partners – Manage the programs structure, mentors ecosystem, partners ecosystem and start-up ecosystem development and engagement – Scale current efforts to land start-ups in Dubai and scale them through the local ecosystem. – Create an innovation idea pipeline which is aligned to group strategic objectives – Manage the process of attracting new companies to the incubator – Lead the development of innovation prototypes across the innovation channels and coordinate on all cross-functional activities required for taking an idea to portfolio – Create and maintain measurable KPIs to ensure a rounded ecosystem is maintained comprising of global and local start-ups, strategic partners, incubators and accelerators. – Develop, implement and lead initiatives, engagements and events for our members and to promote the incubators – Research emerging technologies and explore new business models in travel, aviation, tourism and hospitality looking at mega trends – Develop the Innovation Technology Radar , identify next generation tools & frameworks

Qualifications & Experience: What You Will Bring To The Role – Degree in Business, Science or a related field plus a minimum of 8 years of experience – Extensive experience in launching & scaling incubator and/or accelerator programs globally that have achieved excellence and growth is essential – Knowledge of Innovation practices, start-up and design thinking methodologies – Understanding of next generation technologies e.g. AI, Blockchain, AR/VR, Edge computing, Quantum and their usage in business context – Deliver Innovation portfolio of projects using agile principles – Strong senior stakeholder management and public speaking skills – Experience in Business Process improvement – Strong ability to understand and communicate potential and pitfalls of new technologies – Creative & innovative with the ability to see alternative solutions ‘thinking outside the box’ – Research on key technology and business trends
