Job Purpose: Job Purpose The Calogi Manager will manage the Calogi service offering by developing its customer base and enhancing its services across the cargo industry in order to meet dnata cargo revenue and growth objectives. Job Accountabilities Plan – Develops and ensures implementation of distribution strategies that will shape Calogi network in the region. – Develops and ensures implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in line with the department objectives. – Prepares and recommends the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget. – Improves revenue growth through enhancements of the system and additions to the product portfolio. – Develops 1 – 3 years business plan along with the Department Head to broaden the reach of the Calogi portal with a focus on increasing the product portfolio on the Calogi product. Lead – Manages departmental objectives by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximise subordinate and departmental performance. – Manages Calogi service delivery ensuring growth towards defined business targets i.e actual vs projected revenues, benefits & cost projections. – Manages resources ensuring that necessary skills (IT & Sales) for meeting business objectives are available. – Prepares management reports that highlight commercial, operational & legal issues with necessary corrective action. Execute – Ensures compliance to all relevant safety policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude. – Builds and maintains customer relationships to ensure that products and services are continually enhanced on the Calogi web portal. – Reviews benchmark practices and procedures with other key players in the industry and recommends implementation of best practices within the department. – Reviews the scope on new Calogi products being developed with IT and liaises with Legal and Finance to ensure conformance to legal requirements and with our financial systems. – Oversees the testing and verification of Calogi Portal to avoid leakage of revenue through systems.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor degree in Business Management / Supply Chain Management Experience – Logistics/Cargo/Other Knowledge/Skills – 8-10 years of experience in business development, international sales and marketing and distribution – Proficient knowledge of IATA regulations, airline policies and procedures – Proficient data collection and analysis skills – Proficient IT and computer literacy skills – English language skills – Advanced communication skills – Advanced negotiation skills – Advanced management skills – Advanced budget and cost control – Proficient safety awareness skills
