We are looking for a passionate sales executive with strong negotiating skills to join our sales team. Our ideal sales specialist should have a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and most importantly, closing deals.
To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and be able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
1, Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
2, Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
3, Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base
4, Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
5, Utilize CRM software to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
1, More than 5 years successful sales experience in UAE both B2B and B2C, with proven sales track records
2, Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
3, Experience working with CRM platforms
4, Expertise in closing high level deals
6, Successful experience in dealing with corporate gifting companies /lifestyle products along with proven records will be an added advantage.
7, Must possess valid UAE driving license
