Assist to restaurant manager to planning the buffet and table setups, Reservation vip guest
table booking.
Managing all day to day operation in restaurant.
Monitor and participate in store inventories and check in-out items.
Handling the events in Banquets halls arrangement in sequence table setup in the events.
Always focus on guest satisfaction with out any complaints.
Handling the other outlets like Restaurant , Room dining ,Banquets halls ,Coffee shops ,
Catering.
Training good knowledge food and beverages to the staff .
Making staff duty roaster according to there shift.
