Job description:
- Manage and post all accounting transactions.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Provides financial reports to management , including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Assist with VAT filing and cooperate tax.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
- Bachelor degree in accounting / finance.
- Qualifications: QuickBooks
