The Cigna Group Hiring for Market Insight Senior Analyst at Dubai Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Be involved in and hold some responsibility for planning, coordinating, and administering two of our largest flagship tracking studies. This will involve:
  • Liaising with external vendors on methodology, sampling, fieldwork progress, incentive planning, reporting, and data analysis
  • Scripting and monitoring fieldwork in Verint
  • Analyzing and synthesizing data for report writing
  • Maintaining and updating Tableau dashboard
  • Managing contract approvals and invoice processing
  • Accountable for working with internal stakeholders on any queries for both studies
• Efficiently check and ensure research outputs are accurate and with high standard
• Assist in research output preparation to answer internal stakeholders and senior management’s needs
• Communicate with outside vendors and internal stakeholders
• The role will report to and be under the supervision of Associate Director – from research cost/ proposal request stage to insights generation and implementation, and have a dotted line to Head of Insights, International Markets and Competitive Intelligence

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Statistics, Marketing or related discipline
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Data driven, and highly numerate
• Self-starter and willing to learn
• Detail minded with critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
