Property Specialist
Job Location: UAE
Job Responsibilities :
• Increase property inventory stock and maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale or rent
• Achieve sales targets/KPIs -Stay up to date with the latest property market
• Network building and ensuring a professional relationship with prospective clients
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
• Communicating with the admin to prepare sale and lease documents
• Ensuring all inquiries are attended to within a short span of time
• Following up-up with clients on a regular basis
• Updating records on the CRM regularly and accurately
• Follow the company’s policy and procedure for each internal and external transaction
