EOR Operations Management:Lead and oversee the end-to-end EOR process, including employee onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of EOR services, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.2. Corporate Services Oversight:Manage corporate services such as PRO and Business setup Services.Implement and improve processes to enhance the overall efficiency of corporate services.3. Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their EOR and corporate service needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.4. Compliance and Risk Management:Stay informed on employment laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements to ensure adherence across EOR and corporate service operations.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance protocols.5. Team Leadership:Lead a diverse team of EOR specialists, HR professionals, and corporate services staff.Provide guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.6. Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization within EOR operations and corporate services.Work collaboratively with teams to implement changes that improve service quality and operational efficiency.7.
