Knows cancellation proceduresPost charges to guests’ accountsTo ensure that the Police CID Reporting System is updated hourly each day with proper process in place for 100% compliance and capturing of all guest recordsTo be fully aware about all VIPs in house, Entity functions and special eventsMake sure that lights & music in the reception area are always operational and as per the set standards. Make Daily Reports (e.g., Courtesy Call Report, Service Recovery, Special Occasion & Arrival reports to be sent to designated departments including HOD’s)Update on Reception logbook all the handovers and important informationEnsure that rooms are assigned according to the reservation & as per guest’s requestsUpdate complaint on profile notes and inform the manager accordingly. Communicate closely with Housekeeping at all times about room allocation changes, pending departures, room moves and waiting guests. QualificationsOPERA/Fidelio/WINHMS KnowledgeComputer/MS Software Applications skillsAdditional Information(1) years minimum experience in a similar role in four- or five-star hotel UAE/GCC local market experience
