The Financial Services software industry is moving faster than ever, and in this role, you will drive healthy, cross-functional services growth, and profitability and ensure the success of our clients. You will serve as a key leader on the Services Executive team, reporting directly to the CDO, bringing strategic thinking with credibility and confidence to drive action through others. Leadership skills are paramount – you will be an influencer, who can translate vision to strategic execution, building a culture of accountability, and customer-centricity.
You will have overall responsibility for service delivery across the MEA region, managing the P&L, acting as a key sponsor for key projects and clients, and being the de facto leader for the delivery organization.

• You will be an inspiring leader who has achieved measurable success leading a large consulting services practice within Financial Services Software and who is energized by transforming a business poised for growth.
• You will have an understanding of the complexities of operating a multi-geo delivery business working with banking and financial services clients embarking on large-scale transformation projects
• You will have a track record of leading cross-functional teams through change.
• You will work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure that business, finance, and people metrics are met.

• You should have strong financial acumen, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, be highly organized, and possess excellent leadership skills.
• You should have a strong track record in an Executive Leadership position of driving transformation programs in an enterprise software vendor.
• You should have credibility and capability to act as a strategic thought partner, trusted advisor, and peer to C-level counterparts with our client community.
• You should have a willingness to challenge the status quo and focus on the growth of the revenue of the Services function, increasing margin and customer experience.
• You should have a good understanding of both on-prem License and SaaS business models within a Services Delivery operation.
